uhm 35 member :S 40 members??

and when i try to send a requst to one of them i get rejected by 9900 (an account that does not exist) i am soo confused...

Means the leader got 100% Great Leader skill allowing more players. Its to check what happens after DDay to see what happens with the members when max size is 20 again

Lol I already know what happens I asked Sir Emi about this a while back. The extra members are kept but no one can join the alliance until it's back under 20 or until you get a good enough Great Leader % again.

oh and all the accounts that are currently in the allainces are called Grant1 Grant2 (ect) all with ID's very close to each other.. uhm?

how about when i sent a requst to join DDD i get rejected by ID 9900 whats up with that?? 9900 dosnt even exsist, and diffently isnt the leader..

No idea why that would be happening was just telling FTP what should happen at the end of the round. Also I bet the grant accounts are just created by 1 person making a bunch of alts to join the alliance.
