Yes, if you increase the price of something when you get 1000 as the cost, and it doesn'tchange, that means you have your stas so low that if it was the true cost, it would be less then or equal to 0.

if you get a gold account you can buy some of my ships that have got hours of design and testing in them, and I get a little royalty from them.  and most of my ships above 100k tons should do all green missions without looses when proper deployed in singles and pairs.
