... i hate pships... they are a waste of money! and what's the point of marines? i tried them once and my 1.2 bil (max that fit the ship) held off 1.5bil but were still overwhelmed... i dont have the resources to put 5bil marines on my already extremely expensive ships... nor do i have the resources to piss away on pships designed for the purpose of being destroyed.

looks like this-

Requirements:                                  Use:
Commander CP:                 Commander CP:
Turns:                                           Turns:
Credits:                                       Credits:

on a side note it worked for the first couple days that i played and there haven't been any updates to my browser (that i am aware of)

welp you ship setup must be crap then.. if you have good ships fully marined with good pship setup too then it would be real hard for someone to kill your ships

i refuse to use pships (the idea of throwing away men disgusts me + i dont have expendable resources), also... even if i do fully marine my ships... that DOES NOT stop a guy with a ship 10 times it's size from boarding it (which is exactly my problem). I haven't lost a single fair fight yet (enemy within 10% of my strength).

if you have been attacked and lost your ships to boarding how would you know what power they sent your direction.  The Teufel Hunden have used boarding to take down commanders ~ 200% our size or power before

if you won't use pships and marines - you are just food - without marines your ships will die EVERYTIME. rip2
learn to play - use pships to screen and prevent multiple attacks (neb) and use marines to protect your ships from pvp attacks.

alright... either u miss understood me or i didnt convey the my meening properly... i have no problem with marines... i just rarely have enough cash for sufficient numbers of them. thats all. as far as pships go... i seriously doubt they are the only way to play.
