I need you opinion on this one.

The idea is to make the counters go trough because you send you fleets to warp and surprise attack, like you do in bounty contracts.

Important note: If we make it work like this, the counter / attack sig _will_ be taken away after you make the remote attack / regardless of attack result (success / failure) or attack type ( regular / board / scout / raid )

However, if you are in the same system as the target, the counter will not be taken away until you successfully make an attack.

In conclusion:

- If you counter-attack remotely, one counter is taken regardless of battle outcome. Target can _not_ warp away from a remote attack.

- If you attack in local, the counter is only taken if you successfully raid / capture something. Target can warp away depending on evade chance.

The pool is open for 10 days, please leave your feedback so we can improve Space Odyssey.

God Speed!

Right now you get a counter on you if you actually steal segments / workers / credits in an attack that is not a counter attack...
The pool is about how you want to use that counter after you got successfully attacked...

17 i voted yes because that is more like it used to be. and gives some advantage back to person who got attacked. not just getting attacked and having to try and find the attacker.

this is more so, i believe, on the war server because what type of war would it be if a player attacked another did a runner across the galaxy out of harms way espaecailly if the defender had used most of his/hers turn

i dunno guys its a hard decision... someone can attack you then 5 times and make a sucessful attack the last time then you only get one counter.. then if they are in a neb you can only use one counter.. you cant scout them then attack.. its a hard decision..

21 that wasnt how i thought it was cam. i thought it was more like it used to be. have to read it again.why cant it be like it was attack = counter. 5 attacks = 5 counters. if you get hit it should be your right to hit back yes?
