i think when your on your alliance board.. instead of going all the way to the last msg their should also be a last unread post button.. makes it easier to go back to the last new msg instead of working your way through them all

yes great suggestion! and maybe it would be possible for alliance leaders to have a personal board they can post a few important things on, for the people who always just clear the flag 16
