Most of them, the best ones where kept, so yes you have a big database to choose from, 126.000 complete fleets I think.

i have a powership.. its not too bad to design only 25 weapons.. its about a 1:2 power cost ratio

If there are Ship designs then there will be componets. You may be able to find enough good power ship weapons to make one quicker than making them all by hand.

Total fleets available:     129,289     Total components available:     294,009

Yeah, you should be able to get enough components, I was gonna work on the weapon multiplier next...
