It's a matter of principle, not about money, I could theoretically prevent Kryo from staying at max power at the end of the round and viceversa for crying out loud, u can't declare the winner before he finishes the race

It is simple, two victory conditions, reach max value or be in Top 10 at the end of the round.
Because once you reached max value noone can take you down.
Please be advised, those that reached max value, you are not allowed to help others to reach Top 10.
