they go through a truce and the commader gets a counter

I defend that we need turns at more then 5 per mission, not Sir Emi. I agree with his idea, that's all.

hmm... so i guess having -200.000 rep and having only 10 bil power from fleets noone can cash the county because i would need to have 20.000.000.000 power from fleets ?
