War is a conflict between opposing forces attempting to gain specific objectives. It often but does not nescessarily involve the use armed force. Battles are only one facet of warfare and those who assume war is all about the attacks should review sun yat sen and confucian strategy.  sniper

The planets update will begin to provide some of those objectives, allowing us to have some wars that are not grudge matches, misunderstandings or desperate attempts to relieve the monotony of mission, mission, mission
,mission,mission,mission,encounter,mission,mission,resupply fleet,mission,mission,mission,etc..... wallbash

The planets update is supposed to be ready soon. the planets update is something (i think) we really need to have at the start of the round. if we have dday before then maybe Emi can hold the start of a new round until the planets update is online. notworking

As far as dday goes i think it is absurd to end a round before even 10% of max power has been achieved. its like cutting your favorite movie from 120 minutes to 10 minutes. no wonder no ones feels they gots anywheres. just my thought. not trying to dismiss or insult anyones. tomato

If you ask me, if you played a bit on the test server you will notice most of the new features in "The Second Genesis" project are things that will take lots of CP, credits and turns to research / build, so even if we start a new round with them live noone will be able to use them until they get a decent commander level, probably in 2 weeks after the round started.

So I think it's safe to say the new updates will come just in time when you have the resources to use them 1

I did not say I would tell them not to get all they can from thoses in the dday fleets.  but someof the commanders in the DDay fleets told me they would not get in it for a week, BAD GUY.  and if you are one of those that told me you would wait 1 week well you get the idea

Frank -  I said that I would see what I could do but the decision was made to not wait and I did what I had to do and you did what you said you would do, which was have your alliance attack DDayers.  I'm OK with that as you should be with me as I never promised to stay out for a week but just to try to see if I could get a delay.  Anyway, I did think about sending you a note, but didn't bother as it would not have changed anything once I joined DDay again.

Also, congrats to those ( and you know who you are) that pulled the strings so that they could get DDay started, to crush your enemies and then flee DDay once that was done  4  Your deeds (amongst others you have done) will be remembered.

I can say that I am one of those who jumped into dday and "ran" from it, BECAUSE THAT WAS OUR ORDERS.
And maybe you didnt know, but it was done to make sure dday would NOT start so soon, and it worked...at a heavy price.

Personally I would like to have dday right away, but i follow my orders, i think and hope you understand that BadGuy as loyal as you were to RT in the WoS war etc.

Baltic - I have no issues with you following orders and it was a good strategy, but there were others actively going around urging members to join DDay (and lying about why, but from a confirmed liar anyway) and are still using alts to create mischief.  See below, name omitted to protect the guilty.

That happened last round too, this is a game of choice, if you do not want dday to come then don't join the armada but attack those that joined during countdown, but those that do join, and joining to attack someone in the armada during count down when you cannot attack that person normally (that means not in count down) then leaving again to stop count down is a cowardly attack.

(to Lord Kyuubi)
Well I guess we have different opinions on that, but i wont start fighting about it.

Baltic - No, I only took counters and not on everyone and not every counter that I had, and not counters out of anger, but counters because I am am BadGuy and have a reputation to uphold  19

No hard feelings as a game of strategy and I considered what Frank had you guys do part of the strategy.  However, I don't like lying as part of the game or in real life for that matter. It shows weakness of character as if you tell little lies, it soon becomes big lies and then where does it stop?

Anyway, I still have a few more counters to take still, if I get time later today.  I updated my posts above to show the messages that I got.  Pirates got a few too.
