Hi,

We need some testers to test the battle system on the test server, there have been a number of improvements and optimizations to the battle report and I would like to test it for any new bugs that may appear before making the update to the live server.
Also feel free to tech research and galaxy building while at it...

Improvement are:
- Boarding fleets gain experience when they capture / destroy enemy fleets
- System gives crew bonus to defence & hitpoits if the fleets has 1 to 10 Attack to Hitpoints ratio and attack & defence otherwise, this is for specialized boarding / assault fleets. A + sign is added to the ships details, for example a boarding fleet with crew bonus would have + sign to defence and hitpoints
- Marines losses included in insurance of mission
- Green coloring in battle for kills / captures / hits and brown for losses / misses
- Many bugs should be fixed due to checking and re-organizing the battle system


We are looking for unusual battle reports, wrong numbers / totals etc.

User and pass are the same as live server, for all up to 14 feb.

Yeah, there's no production sorry, it's only for testing the battle system and galaxy building atm... Has anybody found any more bugs in the battle system on the test server?

well you might start us with a bit more credits and turns in order to test the galaxy building and stuff.  as it is now we will have to play a full round to test the satalites and stuff since they cost so much to build.

WOW the bases you build are INSANELY HUGE...i mean compared to the ships you can get...mine has 20 billion attack and 110 billion hp already...also can you make it so that if an alliance member has ships/bases in a system you can bypass them and do the missions etc, seeing as how they are allied?

Found a bug in the test server itself...if you have it set to "remember me", when you try to log in it says "incorrect username or password".

when you enter the password manually it seems to work.

it's not a bug, it's because there are two instances of the database, the key used to remember you on the life server is not valid for the test, so if you enter your pass and check remember for test, make sure you do that for live too...

Well, on the test server you are able to research space stations and mining posts, and then construct them on a system in order to take control of it etc. The space station interface is done and functional, you can also install researched modules on it, mining post is under construction, so is attacking them...

I found a prob, I was attacking FOO and on the Ranking page it says that all his ships are gone but when I attack him he has some power ship this-ASN Destroyer Harbinger - ?????? - 175243035 - 0+ - 517359998+
