- Added a filter for design and fleet names, to filter bad words in their names
- Decreased probability of single fleet spawn in mission / encounter from (1 in 30) to (1 in 50)

- Fixed a bug where it would not let you delete a system design properly, saying it was installed on a ship, you should be able to delete them properly now, provided they are not installed on any designs you own.

- Fixed the bug where in some rare ocasions the AI fleets in missions where in the wrong order, they should now be ordered from strongest to weakest whitout exception (thanks to that last update showing fleet powers and your bug reports)
- The AI fleet numbers should be more along the middle (2-9 fleets) avoiding the single and 10 fleets extreme, altough they are there.

your welcome, and wow, I'm really liking this fix. Everythings a lot smoother now. I'm still aiting on that omniself destruct button though, lol.
