I check the forums multiple times a day and come across those posts but cant delete them as I am not moderator for those areas, but I have deleted those that I can.

Yes, I think forum registration should be limited to those registered on the game.

Maybe Sir Emi can give someone authority to accept or deny applicants to the forum - check if they are a player first before letting them into the forum. It might slow down new players getting into the forum but i think it would be worth it in the long run by keeping out the porn ads and 'growth' patches.

Moderators cant catch everything before other people see them, but we try. 17

Wow that stuff get's annoying, eh?
It would be cool if we had a system to keep that from happening, but it'd be hard to come up with one that didn't have many kinks in it. =|

A simple way is to do a picture validation code requirement. Bots can't see pictures, so they can't input the correct code. That, plus having an email account could make all the difference we need to stop this from happening.

bots can have emails you know. 10

but i like the idea of a picture verification 1  that would deffinitly work, but first we would need to get rid of the bots from the forum 10

easier said then done. I say cut off any future ones from joining, then eradicate the existing problem, that way we don't have to keep repeating the cleansing on our side.

Your analogy doesnt work in this situation remfer. Best way is to think of it this way. The Flu shot. Get one to stop flus from happening. then get rid of the one you have.
