dont have much cash to spend but i bought something from the market.
have put it up for about 6times now and if i go any lower i will lose money than rather making it..
also havent seen a Buy offer in hours either so am i just unlucky or did the market just gave me a bad deal lol./

CHOAM can rip you off right proper is you are not well-acquainted with the nuances of the market, but as a rule of thumb, I never buy something unless I'm sure I can sell it, as well as make a profit off of it.

CHAOM will not gain you money 9 times out of 10. You're better off avoiding the market if you can. Especially this early, later on it'll get better, but right now you'd have to get lucky to profit.

put it up 1 more time while giong to bed and made a nice profit of around 22mil

Yes, this early, that's VERY lucky, most people barely manage a 3-6mil profit around now. Congrats.

And get lucky lightseeker. It is hard to make a good profit, if any, off the market. CHAOM is as greedy with money as a CEO.

I agree with lightseeker. Those who persist in playing the market will succeed and make a lot off profit. I myself, have never lost anything on the market, I allways make profit. It is possible to get about 17% profit on the items just by trading with the CHOAM. All you need to do is buy something.  In comparison, if you would just stash all your credits in your secret base then you will get 2 to 3% (without gold account and without investment off command points) every 24 hours. While with the market, you will get at least 15% profit every hour (at max 2 hours). So all who thinks that the market sucks should really first have a better look at it before saying such stupid things.  |

I didn't say it sucks, but there is luck involved. If you pick a bad time, you won't make a 15% profit.

As far as I can tell, the market currently has nothing to do with luck.
You should check it, compare the prices off everything the choam sells to what the choam offers to buy it. You will see that the choam allways buys at a greater price than the price at which he sells.
Sir Emi, I'm kinda hoping you could clarify these things concerning the market and tell me whether I'm right or wrong. I think it would really help a lot off people.

I have made a profit since the market started. If you read the guide you will see how to do the market.
also Choam list the the max price on the sell offers. That is not the min bid

I did read the guide, but CHAOM takes a bit too much luck for my liking. I prefer sticking to biofarms and missions.
