this guy came rom nowhere with almost no segs and no ships and i scouted him and he has no workers or stashed credits.. so either he has donated or been fed by a higher account but he would have to have at least 800 bill on hand so maybe upgraded to gold? but then where did the other 100 bill come from? just thought it looked suspicious.

but then where did the other 100 bill come from?

there has to be another 100 bill to get 800 mill power, so where did that come from?
