The last number in the final design is different then the nubmer I fill in.

For example this special, I coudlnot let it end on 32 which woudl normaly cost 2 creds.

Custom Special 153     6     8     19021816635012444

DEF Bonus:
   0%
Defence:
   0
Hitpoints:
   +5706544990502134

And on a weapon I had 698 credits costing weapon so I took 69 attack of it and now the weapon costs 2 credits which should have been 8 :S

Its even getting better.
I design this:
System Name     Weight      Energy
Req
   Custom Weapon 219    8    140000000000000032
   Attack:    41999999999736264    ACU:    48%    SP:    %    AP:    %

This system will cost you 44 credits to put on a ship.

Then I look it up:

Name     Weight     Buy Price     Energy
Req    Fit
   Custom Weapon 219    8    44    140000000000000048

Attack:
   41999999999736264
ACU:
   48%
SP:
   0%
AP:
   0%

Then I design it ending at 16 as you can choose anythign between 32 and 16. I put it on my ships, and then it fills up to 32 instead of 16. THIS SUX THIS NEED TO BE FIXED

This bug is still in effect. the items are here now so should be the fix...

whats happening is this....

i have a big power core which should have 26666666666609521 energy to make it cost 2 credits...  but when i click on confirm design  the last number is changed to a 0 making it cost 1.000. also if i put a 2 as last number it gets changed into a  0 costing 1.00 credits again....  when i put a 3 in it goes to a 4 costing 8 credits...

now im not picky enough that 8 credits for a power core bothers me,this is a minor bug but i  think it still needs fixing...

if u havent put the fix into the game yet then sorry for this post

Im having the same problem with designing. the last number seems to round itself up no matter how many times i change it. i hope this can be fixed as designing a new ship is taking twice as long as it normaly does youve made my calculator obsolete as i have to work each number out indiviualy now lol

 confused

I tried to fix this, but it seems it did more damage than good and had to reverse it back. It only appears when you input numbers bigger then 16 digits, the system will round that to a close amount, seems to be something to do with fractions and how they round up in very big integers. If I take out the rounding, it could be the system will not recognize the value as a number, if you input a space for example, when you will get a error like "not a valid weight", you input "1000 ". So I'm still looking for a sollution on this one...
