You don't place items up for CHOAM to bid on, you accept his buy offers.  You bid on CHOAM's sell offers, but it does not bid on your stuff to my knowledge, Monkey.

Well, somebody was bidding on my stuff. Anyways, I only put it up for auction if there's no good buy offers and I'm bored.

That's what I was doing Charmuska, but I kept losing credits, or breaking even if I was lucky.

You shouldn't be losing money at all, Monkey.  At least, not if you bid on something that nobody else bid on.

If you bid on something with no bid, it will usually be about 3/4 of what CHOAM will (eventually) offer to buy it for.

If you bid on something with a bid on it already, that hurts the possibility of earning credits.

If you are following that, I have no idea what's going on.

Hey, Luffy, I have question. When you try to sell your stock, are you going to Place Sell / Buy Offers and placing an auction or going to the Buy Offers section and choosing a CHOAM buy offer?

Because if it's the Place Sell/Buy Offers one, then it's others players who are bidding on your stock, and not CHOAM. If you want to sell to CHOAM, then you have to go to the Buy Offers.

CHOAM will bid on your items when on the auction block.  you just have to make the price less than what HE will pay on the market
