AI Problem?

Yeah. I was doing this tutorial, and i got thus far.

"These are the extended fleet stats.
  You can also sell a whole fleet and blueprint, or just un-install a couple of systems here.
  The stats you see are not for the whole fleet, but for a single ship in the fleet
  An attack of 1,000 and 10 ships in the fleet would make the fleet total attack 10,000"

I'm not sure how to procede. Any help would be warmly welcomed
