Stupid encounters

This is all the same BH encounter:

Black Hole: Event power: 7,389,527,977 fleet power

FTP(#5182) encountered the Black Hole, engaging 167.955.342 fleet power.

Incoming transmision!

yeah that is really annoying, sometimes theevent power is wrong, and you will only get a small percent of the reward. (a 40bil which was supposed to be 60bil gave me 325) but also on the other hand if the event is more hten it shouldbe you get extra turns (even above max) i got 612 turns from a 2.5bil BH which was supposed to be 2bil.
