My account has been hacked, and I cannot figure out why or how...

They have sold and ruined my account and I would like to know what can be done about it, may it be resetting my account or just getting my stuff back...

I would like to have a little help here in getting it back... any help?

EDIT:
I have found out who perpetrated it...
..dragon..

I have gotten back my account now... but ..dragon.. stole my gold account status... how may I get that back?


I have complete documentation of our entire conversation, and now she has transferred it to another person:

The Gold has been transfered back and the accounts in question were baned.

I have also checked the action logs and compensated your account for the losses due to the selling of the ships.

It seems the attacker had a personal grudge since he tried to delete your account and himself, however our security measures did not allow such an action. I was able to trace every action he made and undo the damage.
