I agree Mordecai

it is amazing how much benefit comes from having warp stabilizers.  I used a low power alt last week with level 5 warp disrupters and attempted to attack someone with over 6000% of my power and he still had a 41% chance of warping.  That is outrageous.  Of course as a defense mechanism for myself it is nice, but doesn't really promote PvP.

I am pretty confident that I would be able to do some serious damage to some people in the top 30, because of sloppy defense tactics, but I can't even launch an attack on them.

As for myself, I have too much money to be able to lower my power enough to attack anyone due to their warp stabilizers (of course I know I could invest more in disrupters but their cost just doesn't seem worth it)

I think the CP cost for allot of this stuff is alittle to much i mean leval 2 cloaking is like 600 cp or the scanners were i dont remember which one

yeah, that works the same way, the cloaking for stations is one third the cost of scanning, and ship stabilizers are half of disrupters.  Attackers just can't keep up.
