If I am correct, and I am fairly sure of it. That would be Asira's (Latest name I guess.) sister. But they left a short while ago, therefor the reason for the 'guest' status.

Is there any way for a mod to check whos been giving me bad karma and for what posts? I haven't posted on the forum for months, so I think it's just  a grudge someone has against me or something along those lines.

No....We have no way to check who gives Karma, and we have no way to modify Karma (both a good and a bad thing) sorry about that....

i noticed a lot of people will vote every hour they're on for/against you, and do it repeatedly for things that happen in the game, rather than on the forum.
