The Terms of Service say your allowed to have more than one account under certain conditions but why won't it let you register if you use the same email address?

Thats not what I asked I was wondering why the rule is in place when like you said it can be bypassed in a minute or two.

yeah...my alt is under another email...and i only have 1 which i'm gonna delete neway, but yeah...i have like 6 emails (i need to delete some)

1 school email

this was done by emi.

in my opinion this also helps in a small way to stopping some people to create alts.
