Ok, so this is now an official post...

Order of the Red Moon is a bounty hunter's alliance/regular alliance

Offering:

External bounties*** (bounties, not from the mission contracts, when ORM is hired)  [this will be easier once, (and if) emi makes that bounty update]

Protection (the basics of all alliances)

Ship designs/stratagies (another basic)

currently hoping to make truces with GTS (galactic training squadron)

Bounties are not currently working due to fact that alliance has not been set up yet...

This will be the command:

HEAD: Remfer (deals with everything)
Head of Bounties: TBA (deals with bounties that are not sent to Remfer)
Head of Retaliation/Rebellions/Wars: TBA (deals with death threats and wars)
