Emi,
Could we get counters for secret base raids regardless of % of FP killed?
You can raid someone 50 times and not give them a counter bc you dont kill >3% of their power... 21

but the base should relocate and you can't find it for 24 hours after about 5 raids...

If you don't raid much, there's no point in giving a counter. It would just be abused as the counter could be used for other more profitable transfers...

Hmm... perhaps it could be abused, but I didnt even think of that. I just saw that Zynx had been raided about 20 times, yet did not get a single counter from it... Could there perhaps be a compromise?
