i dont know how this fits in with the reavers' back story but... i think that since this game is an abstraction of the rpg genre that there should be some equivalent of "bosses". i know that this idea/suggestion is RLY rough... but how about a massive reaver fleet that migrates and when u fight it it shows a unique commander which will have his own bonuses. his fleets could still be random up to the event power and the bonuses could be fixed and change every time he dies. perhaps there could even be a bounty placed on his head or he could drop a KICK BUTT item?

like i said... a RLY rough idea... but i think it would be fun

I dont really think the idea of bosses would work well in this game. If anything, it would be the equivalent of sending your fleets against a much bigger fleet

like i said... its a rly rough idea... and i completely agree. without some sort of special reward system it would be pointless.

what about the ability of alliances or other palyers forming a party and working together to go against larger encounters or encounter parties....their combined fp against the encounters and all members of the party would split the loot either equally or by percentage of fp. It would add a little more to the game so you don't have to play solo all the time.
