SO Wars Suggestions.

New Diplomacy Option.

Like a Truce, but more in tune with the Wars theme. A SUBMIT option, for an alliance/individual who doesn't want to get hammered no more. Would give the victor 5% of the guy who SUBMITS income but work like a TRUCE in all other respects. Possibly unworkable on an Alliance scale but maybe ok for individuals.

Commander Titles.

Based on the number of Bases you destroy, PvP victories you achieve ... Give you a nice funky title that displays on the Rankings page.

The new option could work if something like alliance bases or a general alliance fund was created. It would be cool and i think could be implemented on both servers
