its common sense about alternate accounts i havent read the rules but i do know them

how about you secret base is actually a place in the galaxy,
after you scout your enemy's base looking for their secret one another star opens up somewhere in the galaxy
it tell you where it is and all but it might be somewhere far away or it could be jsut next door you should only be able to see it/raid it for 12h/24h
once that time is up it disappears totally so you cant just keep raiding after you find it once
actually make it so the place where your base appears is randomized every 12h/24h
this involves more galaxy running

and bounties
make it realistic instead of some1 saying "here take this bounty attack 500 turns away"
you should get reports on who and where he attacked last and if he hasnt attacked anybody in 2 days they should give you a range on where he is
like a big circle in the galaxy showing his location
50/100 turn range?
so theirs actually a challenge to bounty hunting this will make it better further in the game i think when everybody has a high bounty,
this will also stop people hunting smaller bounties later in the game all from far away bounty hunting now is like an archer on top of a castle(hunter)
vs
little noob soldier at the bottom(bountied guy)
