I think that we should be able to counter people who bounty as they can attack us when they aren't in the same system as us but we are unable to counter, I have been bountied 6 times today by 2 separate people and when i put their id number and click attack, i find that i have to be in the same solar system as them and not even a clue to their whereabouts

There is a fault in your suggestion Lamma, in SO wars the whole basis of the game is galaxy, with your suggestion, one alliance could potentially have more than 100 people guarding 1 base making it impossible to to attack the base
