Heloo all... This round i will be active, so your old grinder friend Joe-RO is back. Since i have not been playing for quite some time, i really am not sure who-s who, and what changed since last times so i greet you all here. Will take some time but i may start designing again, tweaking ships was my favorite anyway. best regards, Joe-RO form Romania

Those reasons make more sense. Thank you Tony. Now i understand.
Still unhappy i don't know who I am up against, but that's part of the game.
PS That gives me an ideea. How about an account to join all accounts. Like you have different characters and commander names on the same account, use the same designs, but have different assets and commander skills. I have seen this in other MMO's and it was nite.

Not sure how rep works on forum. I may not be so liked by some, maby liked by few, unknown to most. That does not matter to me. The point of topic was that i would like to know who i am playing against.
PS. Dragutz... parca imi aduc aminte de tine. Vag.

In the chat language of MMO's, n00b and noob are different things. As a definition a n00b is a experienced player with a bad attitude, a noob is a new player. Both terms are usually used as insults. Usually people who are insulting others unprovoked are seen as n00bs, and that's worst than noob. About MJ, he reached the tops against all odds, and that requires skills, and that against a whole alliance of great players. You should respect the skill even if you do not like attitude. If he is your enemy, that's fine, but do not disrespect your foes, and never underestimate them. But that's off topic... I like to know my friends as well as my enemies. That's why i do not like the "name shifting" thing. I personally do not like MJ because he was once in the same alliance, left, and attacked me unprovoked. But i do respect his skills and knowledge of the game. I do not like Spayed, because he prowls on the weaker players for fun, but i do respect him as a great player. My favourite players are Lightseeker, NightShadow and Midnight, each for different reasons, but mainly because they used to be my friends in game at a certain time. I had my share of clashes both with Nighty and Midnight, but we have never insulted or disrespected each other. I would like to see them all in-game again... Even if that means beeing 0'ed by Nighty or outclassed badly by Lighty...

I had my share of top positions. I was just using a defensive approach rather than offensive, because i was usually isolated between players way stronger than me... individually and as a group. Cammy once got me exactly when i bought a new lead before i had the time to marine-up that was the definition of flawless timing. However, i had some respect for some rather PVP oriented players like Spayed, Cammy, Nighty, TNT, Chicken, MasterJohn, that prowled around me like sharks.

Never understood why famous commanders use different accounts as main or change names. Basically fame is both an asset, and a challenge, but more likely an asset. In the end the top position gives most satisfaction, and the repeated presence there gives the value of the player.
