It's a matter of principle, not about money, I could theoretically prevent Kryo from staying at max power at the end of the round and viceversa for crying out loud, u can't declare the winner before he finishes the race

This is unprecedented, I had enough to get at max power since yesterday, game rules state that the winners are the people who make it after dday, not who gets maxed out first before dday...

I've already suggested this a long time ago; we shoul have a maximum of 10  cloacked data relay sattelites for each commander to deploy anywhere in the galaxy, hope to see it implemented some day

I've been helping Sir Emi with things such as suggestions and testing ever since I started playing it, but that's all I can do, I can't afford to donate; the only thing I have is the gold account, you may ask Sir Emi about that, I haven't bought my way up; just relax and enjoy this fine game 1

Well, we could find a way to make it work. Right now you can practice/train in galaxy by killing reavers then assigning some fleets and attacking them; but a simulator would involve simulated ships, not real ships, no turns wasted, no money lost; it could be like a quick battle option where 2 players want to play with ships they can't afford to buy/lose; let's say u want to have a battle at 2 quad power: the two select a power range around 2 quads, like between 1.8 and 2.2 quads in order for them to have some power flexibility and a price range and they choose whatever ships they feel would be best for the task; though the way battles are fought, one would have to play defender, the other attacker; either regular or boarding could be tested

How about a system in which two players can test ships in a simulated combat against one another [ a system that gives no reward whatsoever to avoid any exploits], that would make the game more exciting and give new oportunities for commander to test and improve their combat skills  1

There's no power leveling involved; payment is based on power lvl and mission incomes of those who find black holes; it's simply payment for services, obviously someone wasting a day's turns to find some black holes deserves compensation; this is how things are right now; if people don't like it, they'd better start doing something useful, as in bringing suggestions to improve things related to this matter.
