The average for me this round has been between 0 and 3 bholes/ day, just like it's been for most people ; the higher the top players the more bholes should be in the mid ranks

The reason for dwarfing them untill u would reach higher power level was cause there were supposed to be very many of them; but there are almost none to be had; I'd say if the game is to remain balanced either remove bholes and turns donations altogether or make them the way they were before this round.

It looks decent, but there are some issues:
1 they should be totally random, not just spawning for the top players
2 there should be a limit to what u can do, like u can't do below 5% of your power similar to the encrypts, plus high warp evasion for smaller commanders in the area
3 fastest clicker wins? not sure how this will go, since allies and truced people won't attack each-other
4 waiting for hours on end every 4 minutes for wave after wave? that's definitely messed up, and the frequency of incursions should not favor anyone, everyone has different time zones
5 don't give too powerful rewards to keep it balanced
and that's about it for now  14

Haven't used cp mode yet only but one shouldn't be able to attack a station and hide in cp

Hmm, is this some war on terror propaganda? Lame, because bos has always been in AL and jmatt joined weeks before dday, besides he used to be in AL2 in the past, I'm not housing any terrorists. Everyone saw who likes to terrorize others during dday anyways...

One should not be able to bounty someone who is in a nebula, no matter what, otherwise the whole thing will be exploited like in this case. Right now it's like being punished for playing at high level, the higher u get in power the bigger the bounty on you, ridiculous, it should be based on the amount of attacks and truce breaking someone does.

Hmm, as soon as u lose 20% of your total power u escape in a nebula; the actual value of ships destroyed is just to determine the reward for the one who claims the bounty; it looks like a bug in this case
