Alliance interactive missions. Only people above a certain rank can initiate one and make decisions in them. Once it begins, all members of the alliance can access the mission from the alliance page. To progress the mission, a certain amount of enemy fleet power, x, has to be destroyed. To make this require teamwork of some sort, alliances with power over y cannot have one single member destroy more than x/z% of the power. x=Amount of enemy fleet power that needs destroying, depending on alliance power and selected difficulty of mission. y=a certain amount of alliance power above which solo/dual killing the enemies is unavailable. z=a number that rises as the number of members in the alliance does, say alliance members/6 or 7?
So lets say the alliance 50mil power is attempting a mission named 20mil power with 12 members in the alliance. If 40mil is y, then each member cannot destroy more than 10 mil power(20/(12/6)=10).
To make it fair, lets say only one interactive alliance mission can be done at once and only a certain number can be attempted each day.
