kind of like a tournament server. i like it but, i think more people will want in. there will have t be a waiting list and the bottom 3 will be dropped and switched out for the next in line... or something like that. and you get to pick your own teams.

teams should be; "The Elites" Vs. "The Noobs"   lol and the winners move on to be in the elites team while the new challengers are the noobs.

oh.. and it will give EMI a chance to test stuff. at the beginning of the round, all rules and any changes should be stated.
this is actually a great idea if only for the purpose of testing.


Emi... i would strongly urge you to consider this.

i want to make sure i have the details right.

enemy fp is based on the cost of all active fleets modified by %. (do the ones you do not send into battle play a part?)

do reserved fleets effect the enemy fp or the reward?

is the reward only based on total active fp or is cost factored in there somewhere?

can we make it so we can select multiple things in the edit/view page instead of just one? i would really like to be able to delete old designs and stuff im not gonna use a little faster than one at a time.

i sent this suggestion to sir emi through in game pm a while ago but decided to post it here as well.

my suggestion is that instead of the predefined ranges in mission contracts, they should be user defined.

for example: i can do up to 80%(hypothetical), so i don't want to set it to 25-75 and not get to 80... or set it to the next range and have to sort it and do 2 or 3 missions then switch it back to 25-75 then try 11-25 after i do those. its annoying to keep hopping around like that.

ok so are we still tweaking or what? obviously spayed has figured something out but the rest of us are in the dark here. im gonna run out of money trying to test stuff, and then ill really be screwed because i cant over a 1%. Emi, have you tested higher end fleets in the trills and quads yet? because you need to. there is a big change between the 1.3 bill design i was testing and the 650 bill design i tested. with my 1.3 bill design, a 1% was a little less than 1 ships fp. but with the 650 bill, a 1% was more than 3 times 1 ships fp.

well toke me 20min to make this the sory fakt of my life     

he thinks that not having the report makes things too hard and is a possible reason for a noob to quit the game before really learning it.
he also wants to know if you have to kill more than you lose to win at pvp. (the answer is yes. you have to kill more fleet power than you lost and over a certain %. that number, i dont know.)

and it took him 20 minutes to write that dribble! its a fact of life that hes no good with english so suck it! 1

so what do the %s mean on the missions? i always thought it was the % of your fp or cost. never knew. but if a 1% gives you 100% of cost then the %s mean nothing. and if i have no bonuses and no items.. like at the beginning of the round... what do i do? only incursions and pvp? i would have to stay home and play all day and night just to use all my turns if i cant do missions. oh and.. while my bonuses are a little lower than emys, my ships have more hp and less attack already.. i still lose tails and use items. and there is no happy place with this. i already have to try 2 or 3 times most of the time to win the mission. then losing ships too... and i only do 1% so i really dont see what im doing wrong. but i for one am not happy that its been left this way. sorry emi. just dont like it at all.

lost my tail on a 1%, and with no pships out. this should never ever ever ever happen. and i already sent sir emi an ingame message with fleet power details. im sure it will be resolved very soon. and as i said on another topic... this is a new server and early on in its development. bugs and other issues are going to occur and be sorted out. its just how it is. this is also a good reason not to reset the server. we should get all this sorted out before the new round.
