If you have an aliance with multiple players in it can you all attack the reavers togther?

On the screen where you view your commander, and it says  above your Avatar "Private". How do i change this? Is it related to your account on the forums?

 :)Hey i got an idea. You think it would be cool if there was a Rebel Fleet in the game that anyone could fight. It would start out at 10% of your total fleet power and the more you fought it the harder it got, for you only that is. This means it would be different for each commander, and it would appear again every 2-6 hours, at incresed strength if you've fought it before, with incresed strenght by 1% per fight. The rebel fleet would every 4 hours go out and randomly ambush any comander. Afterwards it would go into hiding for a hour, then come back able to be attacked again.

So what do ya say?
