the thing is I don't want my members causing unneeded wars...however I would be more than happy to war

hey chicpea can our alliances become allies?  as a previous member of serenity....it would be an honor to me

how could i forget the reasons :O
1. we look out for our fellow alliance members (anyone who can will hit a player who has hit ours
2. we help new players (when I finally get some other players lol)
3. no unprovoked attacks by our players....you may be removed for such a thing
