to be honest .. swarmers are not as effective as they used to be.. just make a bigger ship and buy just one of them and keep like 4 fleet of that one ship. plus doing that will allow you to do higher % misisons without losses

yeah and this round is fairly new still so dday wont happen for a while yet,,, so just keep at it and try to learn what you can. then when dday comes and you start the next round you will be better prepared for it.

wow... dude you need some one on one help lol..just remember to use like 3 shields and like 2 comps the the weapon and the speacial for that size ship.. so now thats 51 space in those systems. now ALLLLLL of the rest of your space should be in the powercore... (make your powercore first)

ok im gonna give you few veteran tips ok.. i might get in trouble. but oh well.. lol.


first-- no armour.
never settle for a system that costs more than 10 credits.
take cost ships you want and devide it by 165 because that is how much each space cost for the hull.. to for a 10 mill ship you take 10,000,000 / 165 = 60,606. there are more numbers after the decimal but just leave those out.
now you are gonna have 4-5 computers, 5-7 shields, one powercore , one special and one weapon.
as a rule i use 1 space for my weapon and 10 space for my special, and 8 space for shields and computers. also if your not useing swarmers,, there is no need to add defence.
so spend some time on that and show me what you come up with.. ill check back in a day or 2 to check on your progress.

im loveing it emi. great job! we do need more poeple to hit though.. gets annoying when everyone you see has a 95% chance of escape. i dont really like the 2 credits per worker thing  cause you need alot of segs to keep alot of workers anyway so theres no point in buying more than you can support. but all in all its great.

hey black...i like to keep like 5-6 fleets of 1 space decoys out for seg captureing. i keep 10k in each fleet normaly. hope that helps 1

i wouldent take away bounties just limit them more to where it goes by your total power instead of fleet power.

i would like to have a clone blueprints button in the view/ edit page so that for non gold members, we can clone our own ships for multiple fleets.. it get tiresom when your makeing a power ship that has hundreds of weapons on it. also i would like to be able to select more than one fleet at a time in the view/edit page for cloneing and deleting/selling. thanks for reading, hope to see if its a good suggestion 1

i obviously did something wrong.. lol.. first prob was when i got to the land layer and it says to do ctr+click on the water layer.. i did that and when i tried to spherize it said it was blank... so ctr+click.. does nothing for me lol.. so what i did was copy the water layer and name it land.. but im pretty sure thats what caused most of the problem.. im useing photoshop 6.0 if that helps any 1


it could make a goos ice planet though? lol

all you have to do is buy and sell thats all.. just cause the numbers dont always even out dont mean your loseing money.. just make sure you restock the goods that you can offord so that when a buy offer comes up you can take it.

yeah but that ship was worth 35 bill not 35 mill. i dont have nearly enough fleets to face anything like that.. specially on a 5% mission.. so the question is... 35 bill is what percent of 216 mill??... thats a little more than 15,000% of my total fleet cost
