Title: Is Your FP really your FP Post by: EON on February 07, 2014, 05:53:21 PM Im Having a very difficult time gauging my fp.
Yesterday i had three fleets, all around 2 bill in price but not exactly same, Lead 24m fp Mid 23mfp tail 23mfp. all 15%wannabe and 3%hp tech and only 1 %abs tech I hit a 20 mill fp alien in the incursion and lost my lead. Alien had 8 fleets all plus Bonus and some fleets were 234,000 ships with 50000 attack and 30-40k hp, if i put that many swarmers on i would be way higher than 74 mill total fp which i had. Ok i took on to much and not enough tech. Today im doing inc with 4 ships total of 44 mill fp, 9 mill tail, and doing mission contracts 146 % contract is 7 mill fp my tail is 9 and its 150% of my fp bullcrap. then a 146%, the next fight, was 24m fp, that completely messed up. Its lower %age but nearly 5x fp, wtf is going on no continuity and no trust in the fp formula of this game. If i hit a 20 mill fp hidden alien or inc or MC i should feel safe with a 22 mill fp fleet. no matter if i have tech or how many fleets either alien or i have. Thats why a seemingly low powered fleet can do so much damage.
Its difficult to judge your ships performance without seeing more stats, i.e HP: attack numbers. If you dont want to publicise your ships build here, then post on the alliance chat in game, and I'll take a look.
