Not many people are ever even on for DDAY lately, and with a faster server it's not like someone with dial up can spam the attack button and raid someone's base a million times. One gripe with faster server though, is 9/10 you have to use each pinpointer individually, whereas before I could just click 30 times or so and find all the aliens. Maybe add in a selection of how many probes to send out? Hit the attack button on a contract 1000 times during the page loading time, (which you can delay) giving you the mission reward 1000x, draining 1000x the turns, but would only take away 1 contract or encounter etc. The same thing can be done hitting people, if you attack fast enough you can actually get in several hits before the person enters a nebula.
