My favorite part of this post is the picture.

I do have to agree though it was quite humerus. I just don't like the fact wes and borg are both mods it just makes me think the forum is unbalanced is all you should get a couple mods from other alliances not just straight from space pirates

If others had applied, I'm sure they would have been given fair consideration. However, they didn't, so it's no wonder they weren't chosen.

If you have concerns, I'm sure FTP or SnipeDragon would be willing to listen. In the mean time, the-borg and mannaman15 are both moderators, and they should be treated as such.

Anyways, there were 3 open spots, 4 people applied.  Do the math, all but one of them were going to get a chance.  Its nothing against Chronos, I chose the 3 that still actually play SpaceO as well.  Everyone deserves a chance and while I will admit that when I first saw that Avatar I laughed for around 3 minutes before I could actually post this, I think that its fair play, you obviously aren't offended, however if you ask him to remove it I will make sure that he complies, if not, well, its all in good fun and it was good for a laugh.

In a way I kinda feel honored that he went through the trouble to set that up  L:) Also knowing that I really got his dander up kinda is worth it as well  :P its a shame this round im going to be like he was last round not around to much

The fact that you were previously a moderator on these forums means that you do understand the rules.  Accidentally breaking a rule that you did not know about or understand is one thing but deliberately trolling and trying to provoke a moderator to take action is something else entirely.

Once you are unbanned, if you can come back and follow all of the rules you will most certainly be welcome, however any further acts on your part that are against forum policy will result in further punishment, the minimum of said punishment being a 1 month ban.  I am utterly ashamed that you have to be act so childish over the fact that you lost moderator, immature enough to where you resort to trolling now.

snipedragon that was a bad way to ban him he just did it for fun once you get that strict on the rules that just ruins part of the fun of the game. he was just trying to make a funny reamrk and i liked thei thought it was funny and harmless. it is not like he was trying to answer one of his questions it was just fun. i know it was against the rules but i think a little harsh. ban him for his new topic not something as harmless as this

Emy how can you possibly whine about the reason why why got his 7 day ban and even suggest another reason to ban him?

When we post somewere to someone is banned, it's just because that person got banned at that moment after reading the post... it has nothing to do with that being the sole reason. Mostly all actions of a player contribute to it. So if someone performs 10 punishable actions in a day, it doesn't care much at which we respond to with a ban.

I read his new post first and it is an opinion post, I wasn't going to punish him for that.  However his behavior since he lost his position has been getting worse and worse to the point where his 'Triple Posting' was taken not as a joke, which it wasn't meant to be, but as a blatant disregard for the rules.

Being a former moderator, his behavior is inexcusable as of late, its been steadily progressing since he returned and has worked its way to the point where it is now, a ban.

i wouldnt play this game if it was just me and jbomb. i dont mind hk and spank as much. but i would either go find jbomb in real life and destroy his computer and others that he buys to replace them so i wont have to talk to him or i would quit. it is a 50/50 which one i go with :D

As to giving hugs instead of bans, I tried that once and all I got out of it was finding myself sued and I somehow ended up with some yet-to-be discovered or named disease.. I think I'm going to call it 'Trollitis' as until it went away, I had the distinct urge to troll everything that moved.
