So I guess I want a 13th member, because well 13 is a pretty lucky number eh?
I will accept ANYONE under certain circumstances, and they're pretty good with HTML (read later).

we don't really care what you want from us, because all we care about is what you can give to us. We don't NEED you. We just MIGHT casually let someone in with mediocre spaceo experience, and make them a top notch high end competitive player. We're kinda known for scraps to riches, because WE KNOW WHAT WE'RE DOING. where you probably don't, and will spam the alliance chat with questions that anyone in the alliance can answer. Because we're all pros and we know it.

Requirements to join.
Be literate.
-You must be able to speak in full sentences, and rant in them as well.
-You must be able to spell correctly. Firefox has a built in auto-correct for spelling. USE IT
-You must not speak/write like highlandknight (pretty self explanatory)

be knowledgeable
-You must require minimal knowledge about spaceo
-You must have at least 3 mining facilities out right now.
-Pretty sure you should be above 50m when you join

-IQ over 50 please

-you must be able to use a calculator for simple math.
-simple math consists of

your kami has the "swarm bonus attack" of 300.894, and 14% accuracy
That means each kami has the attack of 42125.16        (300894 x .14)
and his ship has the working HP of 55546667162340 after accounting for his 80% absorbtion (I'll let you figure this one out)
with those stats that would mean you would need (Y) amount of kamis to kill player A's ship.
solve for (Y)

 *Very flashy and colorful, but not enough to put someone in epileptic shock
 *Pirate like (jolly roger, a pirate ship, cannons... etc etc. Let your mind go crazy)
 *have a picture of me as a pirate riding a badger with a lazer gun shooting armadillos out of the sky (this is the toughest one)
 *have a picture of the 11 active spaceo members (you get bonus points for the 12th one you can't see in the rankings. yama got him in his site, and I didn't even check the rest of the stuff)

Here is the last requirement and it's maybe the toughest one
-find me a picture of highlandknight in his prime

we also offer a mildly abusive low paying workplace for any spaceo people that wish to abuse highland for us :D

Space pirates may be looking for another person able to fullfill our needs.

Really dont think being tied up by you and kyle, forced to wear a gimp mask whilst reciting 'A Pirates life for me'  may be a bit too far for most people to 'fulfil your needs'!!!
