changes:

*added input for accuracy and absorb bonus
*optimized shields
*changed the default weapon accuracy from 55% to 60%
*changed the formula for shields and accuracy to make it more accurate (thanks to FTP)  :)

Hey Carl I assume since you have a calc that you have the weapon calc without being ingame. I was wondering if you would mind sharing it with me at least.

On the Weapons the Price always comes out at 1,000 but i i add 1 atk to it it goes to normal. thats just my problem...

Actually, this ship builder is extremely inefficient compared to Nephy's.
