- A multiplier that lets you upgrade the fleet with multiple systems of the same type.
- you have a number of runs of each system that you can install / uninstall

I'll have to ballance and test the swarmers maybe add some limit like 50 / system blueprint so it's still in the works for now...

one Question will that chage the % reduction that each weapon gets in acu and power to each line or still work out as per weapon or multiple thereof

It should work like it is now, and ACU will modify depending on the formula taking all weapons into accout, wheter they are installed as 10 blueprints or 10 run of one blueprint it should not matter at all...

I still need to test the creation of swarmers and their effects on the attack of the swarm ship, because you know, there is a discrepancy in the attack of the ship, and isssue about creating tousands of weapons with ACU 1% in order to boost the attack a great deal that I need to ballance a bit first...

Creating a ship with thousands of ACU 1% weapons seems to cap out at .72 ish Power/Cost ratio.

This is live on Wars server now .... Just built a ship with 20000 Guns :-)
