i got Emphatic Trade Relations on 1%, meaning i should get all the stuff for 1% less then what the price says, instead i gotta pay 1% more... its going the wrong way =S

Empatic trade realtions is supposed to lower the minimum bid you can place on CHOAM offers, so if you have 5% and the min bid is 1000, you can place 950, while others will have to place 1000.

So if it works the other way, you have to place 1050 instead, I will check that and see, unless you are refering to something else...

oh so it does the calculation b4 one actually offers? then the problem is that it does the calculation but it doesnt take it into cosideration when u actually offer.

hehehe...  the market stealing from the person... that's an interesting twist :)  maybe you should make a complaint to the not yet existant council...  :14:

1 mill aint a biggy, unless u do market 14-16 hours a day. each 5 mins, 4 or 5 offers pops up, lets say i offer on 3, and lose 3 mill each 5 min. thats 18 mill an hour. if i do market for 14 hours, ill lose 252 mill a day. plus whatever cp ammount i use to upgrade the skill =)

ok, anyway, ya, it may not be a big deal now, but you gifure later when you are trading for billions, and on top of that over the course of many months, that 1 mil can REALLY rack up.  and even then, doing billions, that would be 10+ mil each time.

not only that, but if the skill worked as it should, i wouldve added more points into it, making me buy the stuff even cheaper =)

this is bullshit. i lose f**k**g 5-20 mill each time i outbid something back, and with all the outbiders that goes around having fun, that turns out to be a nice ammount of money after a day >.<

CHOAM does the calculations before you even see the market.  I have been playing market since its inception. When you add that % the min bid you see is already reduced in price to fit your CPs.  If you would have notice the actuall price you bid on 1 million items is less as you add %s to CPs.  IF you doubt what I say find an item then have someone that does not play the market look and see what the min bid is for that person. you will find that the price you see is X% less than for the person with 0 CPs

if u got a good that for a person costs 100 mill, i should pay only 99 right? well, sometimes that doesnt happen, i still gotta pay 100 mill (though it first says 99 mill on my screen, but 100 mill when i pay). it aint always it happens, but it seems to be happening when i outbid some1.

when you bid it goes up automaticly

so the empathic trade relationship skill doesnt count when u outbid? weird cause choam still does the calculations before i offer. ill ss it next time an outbidding war starts so ull see excactly what i mean with the whole thing =)

no it does not because you are not bidding against Choam you are bidding against another person

i should pay 3% less then full price, so as u can see, chaom does the calculation b4 i offer but then it changes it when i offer:   1224652336/1187912766=1.03=3%
ill check what happens if i got the exact ammount of money while putting the rest in stash next time i find something to outbid.

dont come here telling me everything is as it should be =P

find a 1 million quanty item  before you up your CP
look at the price of the item
then after you up your CP go look at the same item and you will see that the price has droped by that %
and when you out bid a person you no longer get choams deal because the peron that has already placed the order has bid more than what would have to begin with and do the same with that that was fixed a couple rounds ago because I an another of my people found that we could get the price to below min if we just kept bidding against eachother with our huge amount of empathetic trade

Yeah, I had found out that it works (for me, anyway).  It's really easy to see if you have an alt with no points in the skill.
