Sir Emi has ruled that unless a person is openly breaking ToS, either in the chat or on the forum, you may not report them in the Abuse section. As unfortunate as this is, Sir Emi cannot possibly deal with all the claims being made in messages alone, therefore he must ignore almost all of them, unless they are dangerous to either the game or someone playing it.
As such, you may no longer report someone cussing you out in a message as abuse. However.....you MAY post a request in the hall of shame (a sticky here in Report Abuse) for them to be added to the hall of shame, which will damage their rep severely. This is how it has to be guys, sorry if it angers you, deal with it.
