I was just thinking about nebs and how we could make them better.
Here is what I came up with.

Maybe instead of making someone completely unattackable, why not make it so it modifies your chance to warp?
Maybe for every 1% of power lost you get a 5% bonus to chance of warping.

This would be for Wars mostly cause I am not sure how to apply it to Remote Attacks on Main.
The way I see it a nebula wouldn't make it impossible to hit someone merely harder to hit them.

This could also introduce some new technologies directly affecting nebulae like getting scanners that lower the amount the enemies warp chance raised by a nebula.
Like 1 level reduces .2% chance of warping from neb.
With a max of 20.
So if you have that maxed then the opponent would have a 1% increased chance of warping for very 1% fp lost.

Maybe another scanner jammer or nebula enhancer tech the adds .2% chance of warping from neb.
With again a max of 20.
So maxed you would get a 9% chance to warp for each 1% fp lost.

These new warp chances would apply after losing say 10% of total fp and it would have to include only fp lost by attacks not by selling/reserving ships.

I really wouldn't mind if we did but I don't think many would go for it lol.
