Please can someone post a 90 billion super ship with some defence? It can be in th price range of 85-90 billion. Thank you.

I won't disclose the specific here. Can only say the following

Ship size = 545454545

5 Computers
6 Shield
2 Specials
1 Powercore
1 Weapon

It has more than 30000000000 HP, about 32600000000 ATT, with acu rating of over 80% and shield about 70%

If I were you, I would increase the HP to about 40 Billion, while lower the ATT to around 25 Billion. But then it depends on whether you want more defense or more attack.

Such a ship (yours or mine) would never stand a chance against the pships anyway. 1 million of those and the 9 Billion ship is kaput.

My design

Cost = 90.000.004.450
Size = 545.454.572
Attack = 22.791.661.513 @ 94% accuracy
Hit Points = 40.400.000.000 with 73% absorb


A rough run down

8 X 16% accuracy computers
1 X 17% accuracy computer
1 X 20% accuracy computer



1 X 545454300 size powercore, generating 218181714721 energy



1 X 39% shield
3 X 35% shields
17 X 34% shields



1 X 133333338666 energy special, providing 40000000000 hitpoints



1 X 76874593241 energy weapon, output 22793940907 fire power



Shields are all size 8

Computers are all size 9

Special is size 6

Weapon is size 8



The ship is designed for safety, rather than firepower. Although it is low on attack, it does provide hefty hull strengths.

With the additional 73% absorption, using the formula supplied by Chronos, this ship should be able to withstand up to 149629630000 bombardment, that is, over 149 billion hit points.

**** A word of caution ****

The design is less than 80% optimized. If it is fully optimized, firepower can get over 25 billion and over 180 billion hit points.

I openly invite all the vets to further optimize this design.

not a bad design, still to much attack and to little hp for me but it is better then the other 1

Computers and shields could be a lot more efficient. Attack:HP ratio is OK.

I have tried out his design, with his attack : hitpoint ratio, I find that the computer and shield combination is already the best combination.

However, I also find out that if I raise the absorption rate by couple of %, and lower the base hitpoint by couple of millions hitpoints, I can squeeze out more "efficient hitpoints" than his design.

Attack:HP ratio has nothing to do with shields and computers. There is an extremely efficient combination for large ships that does not give 99/80 on its own, because it is more efficient to finish off the last few % with commander bonuses or mothership modules. By the time he's buying a 90 bil ship his command bonuses along with the shields and computers would give him 99/80. The combination he is using, while not bad, is still not the most efficient.

thats not true blak :D i can buy a 90 bill ship and i have no commander bonuses :S

That's the key.

How can anyone know everything? Every commander's CP bonus is different.

Plus the design, as it is, hasn't yet reached the 99% limit on acu and 80% on shield. Which means, commanders who use this ship still can up 5% on acu and 7% on abs via the CP bonus.
