Title: New planet attack -> Slave Raid (capture colonists from a planet)

We want to diversify planet attacks and introduce new attack types.
Please comment on this new attack type. Would you like it or not?

Capture colonists from a planet and transfer them in the secret base.
Attack cost: 10 turns for SO, 30 turns for SO Wars
Successful when 3% or more of colonists are killed.

Result: Capture 5% of the planet colonists and transfer them to secret base.

Rebellion: If at the end of the battle there are 50% or less colonists on planet, it will enter rebellion.

Used in guerilla attacks in order to reduce a planets population prior to an invasion.

Maybe only 30 turns for Wars though.

Sounds interesting though I would have to agree with Waylain on the turns cost.

looks good. 50 turns sounds good i think, unless the planet goes into rebellion afterwards, then 30 is fine. roughly how many times before planet goes into rebellion?

bump that.. the rewards are horrible.. why would you lost x number of marines to get about half the number of workers back.. need to increase the reward

Modified reward on success, 5% of the colonists are captured. Turns for SO Wars set to 30 for this attack type.

Planet will go into rebellion when there are less then 50% colonists on planet for this attack type.

okay looks good. basically atking a proto would not be profitable, but it would be an easy way to weaken it i guess.

Cool, then we will have the new attack soon :)

I'm also open to suggestions for other attack types for planets / motherships :)
