Title: Encounters on Wars.,, Post by: Cameron07 on February 21, 2009, 12:55:10 AM So ever since the pvp update encounters have been really slim there... I've spent thousands of turns and I mean thousands looking for Bio Experiments and haven't found a one. I've also looked at different power levels so don't try and say thats the problem. So whats up?
