Title: Biggest Case of Abuse Ever Post by: Black Hawk on October 11, 2008, 10:56:09 PM I'd like to report Sir Emi for abuse, for not listening to his own players, and for not following his own ToS.
Playing fairly and Honestly Space Odyssey upholds high standards of moral behavior. Any player who is caught manipulating bugs in the game or has been cheating in any other way will be deleted from the game immediately.[/i][/u] Using vulgar words towards other players may also lead to deletion. Membership (I) Any person who registers an account is considered a member. By continuing to ignore players, Emi is not upholding any high moral standards, and he has CONTINUED to allow poeple to cheat in his game, KNOWINGLY, without removing their accounts immediately, note it says WILL be, not may be or may also as it DOES in the NEXT SENTENCE. Thus emi is abusing the rules of the game he too must abide by, as he has REGISTERED in the game, thus AGREEING to the same set of ToS we do. I hereby request one of the following happen: 1. SO Classic is made and Monkey D. Luffy be granted a full pardon for his actions on the forum. 2. Emi himself be IP banned for this blantent continued violation of the ToS and not upholding the high standards the SO Staff is required to uphold.
