Title: SO Main - new round updates

The updates for the new round of SO Main:

- when upgrading planet capacity, the mothership can not dismantle below 500 segments
- planet credits production decreased by 33%
- default base space station Att/HP decreased to ATT: 80000000000 HP: 400000000000
- station, mining facility, planet resource build costs increased 5x times
- modules resource build cost increased 2x times

my i be the first person 2 say that these are  :sweat updates :D

the 500 segs thing is going 2 have little if any effect, i liked the credits planets produced, doest that just get rid of the last update u did on station hp and attack, x5 is just going 2 make it harder on the little people, and also makes it harder on little people

33% cuts its by a 3rd to steep imo 20% would have been fine.

you should balance the cost to research.. people are gonna have lvl 25 gaia planets again

so stations are now utterly worthless and planets to. everything should have remained the same except --
  Tracking / ECM Dampener should have been raised to 500 billion def. 1 b is a bloody joke nobody ever uses it past the 1 mandatory to get the next tech level. station attack should be raised to 1TRill. 80b att is like wise a joke unless some noob attacks you with 0 hp 1% acc pships

as soon as people start building ships with a TRill + att stations are useless. there is no way station research can keep up with ship power. therefore all station research is useless but cloaking. however the player who puts all his research in to scanning will have a field day blowing up every station about 1/3 into the round, maybe less.

Let 'em. They'd need level 75 military just to break even, and keep from losing their planet.
